SBA loans do have some restrictions on how they’re used. I have had an SBA loan for three years which allowed me to purchase the property by business occupies. I have always paid on time. I want to now sell my business and property but that is a hefty price tag so I want to sell only the business and hold the real estate for a while, until either I can sell it or the new business owners can purchase it.
